Guyers House has 4 principal conference rooms, all of which have natural light, high ceilings, flip charts, screens, overhead projectors, video/DVD replay TV's, pads and pencils. Multiple syndicate rooms. Complimentary wi-fi. All day tea and coffee with homemade biscuits and cakes. Photo copying, faxing and power point projectors are always available.

Within the Guyers House complex the Coach House forms a separate and exclusive training unit comprising Training Room 1 and three syndicate rooms and a breakout area which is particularly suitable for assessment centres and confidential meetings, courses and seminars. Additional syndicate rooms may be added as required.
